The 66th C2ER + LMI Institute Annual Conference will be held June 17 – 19, 2026 in Memphis, TN. The theme this year is From the Blues to Breakthroughs: Mobilizing Data for Community Resilience.
There will be training classes held on June 16, 2026 – ticketed separately.

Ticket Cancellation, Transfer, and Refund Policy:
Tickets purchased over 30 days prior to the event can be canceled for a full refund (minus processing fees). Purchases within 30 days of the event are non-refundable. Ticket transfers are allowed 15 days prior to the event. If you are requesting and eligible to transfer a ticket, cancel, and/or receive a refund please notify via email at sabrams@crec.net. Refunds, if applicable, will be based on the actual fees paid and returned to your original payment method within ninety days.
Hotel Booking Information:
The hotel room block is limited and ends on May 15, 2026, or once the block has filled.
The room rates are as follows:
