This presentation will focus on some of the new climate and resilience provisions in the Bipartisan Infrastructure Law (BIL) with an emphasis on how they provide opportunities and funding for MPOs. Special focus on the Carbon Reduction Program, the PROTECT Formula Program and the National Electric Vehicle Infrastructure Formula Program.
