Ronda Anderson is the Senior Advisor for Organizational Performance in the Office of Workforce Development, Missouri Department of Higher Education and Workforce Development. Her focus is on improving organizational performance, training, and helping to build of culture of data for strategic planning and policy decisions.

Prior to this position, Ronda served as the Director of Economic and Workforce Research where she managed the MoSCORES web tool development which links education to work outcomes. Responsibilities also included increasing the awareness and outreach of data and research relevant to the workforce system. Ronda also has a background administering business incentive programs.

Ronda received her bachelor’s degree from William Woods University. She holds certifications as an Economic Development Finance Professional and Certified Economic Research Professional.
