Director of Impact Evaluation
YouthForce is an education, business, and civic collaborative that prepares New Orleans public school students for the successful pursuit of high-wage, high-demand career pathways and facilitates systems change to accelerate and sustain progress. Through our network of partner schools, employers, training providers, and community organizations, YouthForce offers career exposure and experiences, expanded coursework offerings, soft skills training, and employer-validated credentials. YouthForce’s vision is that our graduates will thrive economically as a result of being the most sought after talent for hiring and advancement in the region’s high-wage, fast-growing industries. YouthForce NOLA staff serve as the backbone of a citywide, collaborative effort for career-connected learning.

Location: New Orleans, LA. The person in this role will need to live in the Greater New Orleans area. YouthForce is currently operating in a hybrid model – team members spend a few days in the office each week and have the flexibility to work from home other days.
