California employers have a rapidly growing need for a skilled cybersecurity workforce, but the state’s educational institutions are currently unable to supply enough workers to meet their demand. The California Community Colleges Centers of Excellence for Labor Market Research (COE) produced a report, focused on nine common and specialized cybersecurity work roles, to quantify employer demand and the supply of graduates from educational providers in California.

Please join us for a webinar on the California Cybersecurity: Labor Market Analysis to learn about:

  • Defining “middle skills” IT/IS and specialized cybersecurity work roles from the National Initiative for Cybersecurity Education (NICE) Workforce Framework.
  • Employer and defense contractor demand for middle-skill cybersecurity work roles
  • Quantifying cybersecurity education programs across California
