Preliminary Agenda Coming Soon
The most powerful computer coding language in the world is now plain English. Vibe coding, the use of conversational AI to rapidly generate, refine, and extend functional software, is redefining organizational productivity. Eliminating the large gap between conceptualization of solutions and their technical execution, AI-assisted coding accelerates development, democratizes coding access, and enables teams to prototype complex solutions immediately. This strategic shift allows organizations to reallocate employee creativity toward high-value strategic problem-solving rather than routine technical details. The result is a highly adaptive workforce that innovates faster and cultivates broad technical skill distribution across all departments, rather than confining it to specialized IT teams.
Workshop Overview
This AI, Python, and Workforce Development Workshop is a targeted program integrating AI-powered development tools with essential Python skills. Through hands-on exercises, attendees will learn to harness AI for:
- Automating data analysis and reporting
- Rapidly designing and deploying solutions for organizational challenges
The structure ensures professionals grasp both the technical leverage and the strategic implications of this technology, equipping them to implement AI-enhanced coding practices within their teams and talent strategy
Learning Outcomes
Upon completion, participants will be able to:
- Accelerate Transformation: Use AI-assisted coding to reduce development time dramatically and drive transformation in their organization
- Ensure Ethical Implementation: Critically evaluate AI-generated applications for security, accuracy, and organizational fit
- Strategize Talent: Develop concrete strategies for embedding AI-powered tools directly into workforce development programs and organizational talent pipelines
Who Should Attend?
This workshop is specifically targeted for leaders who are ready to move beyond AI awareness to implement AI-enabled coding to dramatically enhance organizational productivity and rapidly broaden technical capacity across the enterprise. No prior Python experience needed.
What you will need:
You will need a laptop with internet access for this training.
