Melanie Moore joined the JAXUSA (then known as Cornerstone) staff in 1999 and is the Senior Director of Business Intelligence. Not only is Melanie responsible for preparing statistical reports, updating data for JAXUSA publications, website and presentations and preparing prospect proposals, but she serves as the administrator of JAXUSA’s Salesforce CRM.
Melanie’s previous economic and trade development experience includes an internship with the Foreign Commercial Service at the U.S. Embassy in London, England, and a position in marketing and member relations with the Florida Ports Council in Tallahassee.
A graduate of Florida State University, Melanie holds a bachelor of science degree in international relations and a bachelor of arts in French with a concentration in international marketing. Melanie was awarded a full scholarship to spend a summer studying at the Institut Catholique in Paris.
Melanie serves on the board of the Council for Community and Economic Research (C2ER). She serves as an regional officer for her sorority, Phi Mu, and was elected secretary of the PTA board at her daughter’s elementary school. She is a history, art, music and pop-culture buff and loves playing trivia games. Melanie also enjoys travel, photography, and attending Florida State football games with her husband, Frank, and two daughters, Mackenzie and Kennedy.
