Ellen Gaus, CERP




Ellen Gaus was born and raised in Pittsburgh, PA and continues to ingrain herself in the communities which have given her so much. She graduated from Duquesne University in December 2014 with a double major in International Relations and Marketing and began an extended internship with the Urban Redevelopment Authority of Pittsburgh. At the URA, she conducted research for special projects such as the Next 3 Days program, the 2015 URA Tax Increment Financing Report, and the Innovation Roadmap website. Ellen accepted a Market Research Analyst position with the Allegheny Conference on Community Development in 2016, and has since been promoted to Manager. Ellen analyzes strategic areas of regional interest regarding business investment and regional vitality, and produces numerous products supporting the affiliates of the Conference. Outside of work, Ellen enjoys volunteering with numerous organizations in the Pittsburgh area all in effort to better the environment and community she lives in.
