Christyn Lucas is Senior Director of Business Intelligence for the Detroit Regional Chamber, managing the research and information needs across the organization. In this role, she prepares economic and business intelligence, conducts analyses and tracks community metrics that are used by the business community, media, and Chamber programs for making informed decisions.
Christyn’s work centers on leading data support for the Chamber’s core programs in talent and education, economic equity and inclusion, public policy and advocacy and in advancing the state’s mobility industry. She is responsible for the Chamber’s annual State of the Region and State of Education reports, and the award-winning Michigan is AutoMobility report. Christyn is responsible for the Chamber’s online data portfolio and contributes data insights to the organization’s marketing and media relations materials. Christyn has been a member of the Detroit Regional Chamber’s research team for 14 years.
Christyn is a member of the Council for Community and Economic Research and the Michigan Economic Developers Association. She earned a Bachelor of Science from Michigan Technological University and a Master of Business Administration from Wayne State University.
