American Jobs Plan Explained

President Biden proposed the American Jobs Plan, a $2 trillion jobs, infrastructure, and green energy package that would reshape the US economy.

Much of the plan involves upgrading America’s traditional infrastructure including roads, bridges, and public transit. The plan also includes increasing access to high speed internet for all Americans, affordable housing, support for US manufacturing, upgrading schools, investing in research, among many other things to create new jobs.
