We had over 270 urban areas participate in the data collection for the third quarter of the 2020 Cost of Living Index. Members can now access the latest issue in the member area and Q3 is also available in the COLI store.
With food prices still being a big part of the national conversation, C2ER decided to feature those communities once again with the most and least expensive food costs as measured by the grocery item index number. C2ER collects data on twenty-six items from a variety of surrogate categories to represent the grocery item component of the index.
