C2ER believes in education and professional development, and as part of that mission C2ER awards members with a professional certification in recognition of their work and participation. The Certified Economic Research Professional (CERP) program is the industry standard for recognizing excellence in economic research and embodies the applied skills of economic, demographic, industry, and workforce analysis. Through a three-step process mid-career research professionals apply to earn their certification. Having your CERP demonstrates to employers your mastery of and leadership in applied economic research. CERPs understand the nuances of research data and effectively communicate information to customers.
