Applied Research in Economic Development
Co-published by the University of Southern Mississippi and C2ER. Applied Research in Economic Development serves as a vehicle for building bridges between academic and professional economic development researchers.
The "refereed" journal publishes papers relating to economic development and the role of economic development research in the development process. Applied Research in Economic Development is an interdisciplinary journal with contributions from economics, management, public administration, planning, political science, and statistics. It is devoted to practical applications of theory to the challenges facing economic development professionals. Its purpose is to encourage the application of economics and related theories to the specific problem of achieving and sustained economic development.
