You provide a draft set of questions and send out a link to the survey using your own in-house email list. The email comes directly from your organization, increasing the likelihood of a high response rate.

Our experience suggests that you should achieve a 10-15 percent response rate within a few days of your survey's release. Aggressive follow up could result in much higher response rates, depending on the quality of your email list and the simplicity of your survey. To help, we can provide you with the email list of respondents so that you can conduct follow up campaigns without re-surveying respondents!

The service is available for $795( $990 for Non-member) for a single survey. Subscribe to 2 surveys within the next six months for $1495 ($1690 for Non-member). Additional surveys are only $600 per survey.

You may also subscribe as an C2ERSurveyNow member and conduct up to five different surveys during a 12-month period for a low price of $2,995 (for Non-member $3190).

This fee includes a license for the software, full web hosting of the survey(s), survey instrument design assistance, a simple tabulation of your results for each survey, and the raw data from each survey.
