It's easy to join. As a new member, you will be able to use C2ER's Electronic Member Center. From the library, C2ER makes available monographs, newsletters, case studies, and other relevant reports of interest. In addition, C2ER provides you with direct links to the economic and community development research community through the on-line directory and special interest forums.
